All products sold by Four Samples are digital goods delivered electronically.
No physical products are shipped.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and are exclusive or inclusive of taxes where legally required.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store or process payment details ourselves.
4. DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device and software are compatible with the digital product.
5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are final.
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun.
Refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a technical failure preventing delivery.
6. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products.
You are allowed to:

Ownership of the samples remains with Four Samples.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, products, and materials available on the website are the intellectual property of Four Samples or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. LIABILITY
Four Samples shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
9. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time.
